Jason E. Harlacher

Jason E. Harlacher, Ph.D., is a senior researcher at Marzano Research Laboratory. He is responsible for designing and facilitating REL Central research projects.

Dr. Harlacher has been a school psychologist, consultant with schools on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and a response to intervention (RTI) consultant for the Colorado Department of Education. He was also state director of PBIS-Nevada.

Dr. Harlacher earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Ohio University, a master’s degree in school psychology from Utah State University, and a PhD in school psychology from the University of Oregon. Dr. Harlacher holds licenses for Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and Initial Special Services in Colorado.
