Description:

Successful schools require leaders who are able to perform at optimal levels and who have the leadership capacity to deal with present and future complex challenges. NASSP’s customized professional development programs are tailored to local contexts to better enable school districts and individuals to design and implement capacity-building programs.

Based on the Breaking Ranks framework, NASSP offers a wide variety of professional development opportunities for school administrators and school teams. Customized training sessions can be delivered in schools, districts, regional service centers, or at our headquarters in Reston, Virginia.
