I'm posting this for a colleague in a school system in Illinois:
"Can the reporting of student progress, specifically with quarterly issued report cards, be modified for students who are in the Tier 2 and 3 levels? These are for students whose work load and requirements have been modified in the regular classroom based on RtI team decisions and the likes.
Currently the district does not have a policy to address this. The IEP documentation covers the issue with the 'special needs' student. I am curious as to how others are now treating this same issue with students in the RTI process, specifically at the Tier II and III levels."
